Road Safety

Worried about your child’s safety on the road? We believe safety on the roads is everyone’s responsibility, and we are committed to keeping children safe.

In June, we dedicated a week to showing all Year 3 children how to cross the road correctly and safely. Here’s what the Year 3s said they learned:

“Stop, look, listen and think. Wear light clothes, not black because they can’t see you.”

“The most important thing about road safety is the green cross code, that is, stop, look, listen and think. Otherwise you will get run over.”

“Don’t play on your phone when crossing the road.”

“Remember stand behind the kerb because your feet will get smushed.”

A terrific reminder of what we all need to do and remember!
