Dear Parents Carers

Although schools remains closed for the majority of pupils, it is imperative that learning continues.

Our online learning platform, SEESAW, is key to this.  All pupils from Reception to Year 6 are able to access this on any suitable device at home.

I am aware that not all familes have reliable online devices or have to share, so if you require any paper resources, please contact school.

There is an expectation that all pupils will engage in learning at home using and staff will be checking this on a regular basis.  The government have specified this as around 3/4 hours a day for primary aged children.

There are many other links on our website that you can also use to access online learning materials that will supplement the school work.  Please keep checking as these may be updated and change.

Please also see our home learning hints sheet for other advice on how to structure learning at home.  I know that this is not easy for parents/carers or children, so if you have any questions or need some advice, please email the year group teams for help.

Oftsed have also produced some guidance on what works best for remote education.

Above all, keep you and your family safe.  Spend quality time with your children, reassure and support them through this difficult period.

Kind Regards

Mr Bendall
